Guided the team through structured discovery and collaborative prioritization, resulting in a clear strategic direction and funding framework for Zoom’s first $20M philanthropic fund.

Partnered with product, corporate strategy, and public sector leaders to identify new opportunities where Twilio's technology could address pressing public needs while opening new market segments. Developed concept proposals that bridged social good and business development.

Women’s Economic Empowerment - Central Asia
Worked with State Department officials, Tajikistan-based women entrepreneurs, and local NGOs to co-create a strategy for growing women-led businesses. Led bilingual strategy sessions that resulted in a set of local pilot initiatives and cross-border investment priorities.

Cross-Functional Strategy Sprint
Led a design thinking workshop with leaders from product, communications, and social impact to prototype experiments that advanced company-wide goals. Helped the team identify opportunities for deeper collaboration and more integrated impact across business functions.

Executive Offsites for Leadership Alignment
Designed and facilitated two executive leadership offsites for HoneyBook’s five-person C-suite. The first focused on building trust, clarifying roles, and strengthening communication. The second established annual priorities, OKRs, and team workplans to operationalize strategy.

Visioning for Downtown Revitalization
Facilitated a multi-stakeholder working group—including city councilmembers, small business owners, city planners, and nonprofit leaders—to develop a shared vision and actionable roadmap for the future of Downtown Santa Ana.
